These Brooklyn Nine-Nine quote posters by Risa Rodil are as adorable as Boyle trying on tuxedos. These fun, heart-warming character illustrations remind us why we love the characters of Nine-Nine so much. Although, according to Captain Holt, keeping pictures of others is pointless.
Sometimes, it’s hard to find good fanart of your favorite TV shows. However, if a show is good enough, it can inspire a fanbase to create some amazing art. With an episode pace that packs so many comedic punches in under 30 minutes, Brooklyn Nine-Nine ends up blindsiding you with a couple hits right in the feels. Fans have grown to absolutely love these shows, and Risa Rodil’s lively Brooklyn Nine-Nine quote posters and cheerful character illustrations express that love perfectly.
Fans of Dan Goor & Michael Schur’s cult cop comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine went for a hard and fast ride last may when Fox canceled the show after the fifth season (“Hard and Fast Ride,” title of your sex tape.) Social media exploded with backlash from die-hard (pun intended) fans of the show. Many feared Fox’s cancellation meant the show’s demise, while others assumed it could find new life on Netflix or Hulu.
However, just one day after the cancellation, NBC swooped in and saved the day by picking it up for a 13-episode sixth season. This is a situation no one saw coming, but everyone should have expected. Hitchcock just drank his own fish.
In a way, it is fitting for Brooklyn Nine-Nine to find it’s new home at NBC. The channel has played host for all of Michael Schur’s other fan-favorite TV comedies (The Office, Parks and Recreation, and currently The Good Place.) Lead actor and producer Andy Samberg started his career on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. In fact, NBC allegedly initially passed on the pitch for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, regretting it ever since.
With a new season guaranteed and a potential future on the horizon with NBC, Brooklyn Nine-Nine fans can rejoice and celebrate the good times ahead.

Well, rules were meant to be broken! And piñatas. Glow sticks. Karate boards. Spaghetti when you have a small pot. And rules.
